- Shipping costs are automatically calculated within the site before checkout, if for any chance we have underestimated these charges we will not require additional monies from you. We use DPD for all our EU shipping and will always use the fastest possible service available to you. When your order is complete you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcels progress. All packages are dispatched using next day service unless 48 Hour is the quickest available to your location. Orders Placed before 12 noon will be attended to that working day (working days are Monday to Friday).

- Pets Deli take all reasonable steps to protect our customers' data against unauthorized access using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information.
- To check the security of your connection, look at your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." (Please note: some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers, so you would be unable to connect to our servers to place an order.)
- In addition to the use of SSL security the site is regulaly checked for PCI DSS (payment card industry) compliance by both McAfee and Comodo.
- Returns & Replacements
- We adhere to the terms of trade in distance selling and therefore we refund, in full, all products returned as original received by us within 14 days of dispatch from us. We do not refund any shipping costs incurred by us at any time for refunds. Goods received that were damaged in transit or of unsatisfactory quality will be refunded by us once we have received these returned items and been able to assess how damage has occurred. When unsatisfactory goods are returned and proved to be no fault of the customers we will refund postage costs incurred as well as replacing the item. Damaged in transit or unsatisfactory quality must be notified by e-mail within 48hrs of receipt (as defined by the time and date of signed receipt on the DPD tracking system)
- Ordering
- We only accept electronic orders placed via this site that are paid for by card, orders placed before 12 noon will be actioned the same working day.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Please subscribe to our RSS feeds so that you can be informed of any special offers the site has to offer. No other payment method other than card is acceptable. No monies are taken from your card until we dispatch your order to you, at checkout your card is authorized but not debited.
- Viewing Orders
- When you log onto your dashboard you will be able to see all your personal account information and order history as well as reorder any previous orders. Any lost invoices, order conformations, shipping notes or other information can be reprinted from this dashboard also.
- Updating Account Information
- Please always keep your account information up to date so that we can inform you whenever new products and special offers come on line. We cannot be held responsible for errors caused due to outdated account information, this is wholly the customers responsibility.
